Welcome to our freshly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath house nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in the outskirts of Bolivar! Our home offers a relaxing and comfortable retreat for your stay. With its convenient location less than 10 minutes away from Southern Baptist University and Citizens Memorial Hospital, it's the perfect choice for visiting faculty, medical professionals, or families attending university events. Also, conveniently situated just a short 20-minute drive away from Stockton Lake, outdoor enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise. Spend your free time boating, fishing, or swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or explore the surrounding hiking trails and scenic picnic spots.
Upon entering our welcoming home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area. Within 5 minutes of arriving, my wife said, "This is perfect!" Everything was clean and organized. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was a great size for the kids to run and play. The only quirk to watch out for is the house numbers. GPS took us straight there, but it is still weird to jump in numbers like the street does. But that's not something wrong with the listing, just a heads up.The host was quick to reply and was very pleasant in all emails. When we come to visit family again, we're checking here first to see if it is available.

Everything thing we were looking for!

As stated, the home was perfect for us. We were visiting Bolivar to help a friend with a construction project. The layout of the house was perferct, every was very clean, and well appointed. The couple of unexpected extras like the Kurig and Traeger grill were nice surprises. Should we need to stay in the area again we'll be back. Thanks for everything.

Awesome Stay

Stayed at the property with family over Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time. House is beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed while we were staying there. I asked for a pack and play for my daughter and it was waiting for us when we checked in. Host reached out more than once to make sure our stay was going well and check if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful inside and out, very updated and clean throughout. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, unlike other VRBOs that we have stayed at. We will definitely be renting here again on our next visit to Missouri.. very pleased eith our experience from start to finish, everything was smooth and easy
