We enjoyed the layout of the main floor. Lots of spaces for us to relax and to spend time together. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking simple and more involved meals. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing cards and eating our meals. It was a surprise to see holiday decor when we walked in the door. Thank you!

What a great house!

Everything about Cosmos was great for us. The location was very central to what we needed. The house was in great shape, well stocked, and very clean. Graciela was a joy to communicate with and I can't recommend staying here enough!

All the amenities of home and then some!

Perfect house to collect a large group especially grown siblings and their kids. Everything is super cozy and clean. Space to spread out, have fun and also entertain. Well appointed full kitchen. thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmos home very much. First and foremost, the beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. I wish bed comfortability were a separate category on VRBO because let me tell you, it really makes or breaks your stay. These beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. The couch was also very comfortable.The house was great for a group. There were a total of 5 adults that stayed in the house and there was more than enough room. One evening we had family come over for dinner and there were about 15 people in the house and it never felt too crowded. The kitchen had everything you need. I also appreciated how much coffee stuff there was :-) I was really happy with this house in this nice, quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again if it's available when I go back to visit family.

New Year get-a-way

Property was perfect size for our group. We had 4 couples, 1 single adult, a baby and 2 young teens. The home, decor and furnishings are beautiful. It was convenient to have stocked paper products like plates and cups but a bit unsanitary to keep used and opened condiments in the fridge and pantry.Loved having games available. Decent Property

Overall the property did a good job and was very accommodating for our bigger group of adults. Only complaints we had was the house had a typical hotel/motel kind of smell and a couple of the directions for the house weren’t completely reflective of what was actually at that house (garbage bin location when checking out for example). These were by no means things that made our stay unpleasant. Just things that we noticed. There were some other smaller things like the remote for the basement TV not working and finding the correct light switch was difficult at times, but again, none of these made our stay unpleasant.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The home was clean and comfortable and the host even left us some goodies to welcome us. I had some technical difficulties with my VRBO account during the days leading up to our stay and the host was very accommodating with using an alternate way of communicating about our arrival and information we would need for our stay. The only thing that was not obvious to me based on the listing, was where/what the common room sleeping accommodations were. Since we didn’t need these options, I didn’t follow up with the host to ask though I am sure if I had, she would have promptly responded. If you have more guests than the bedroom descriptions fit, I would suggest clarifying with the host what other sleeping arrangements are available before you book. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it to others looking for a suburban rental.

Family Reunion

House was perfect for our family. Bunk beds were maybe not best for a 6 year old, but we we’re warned about that and made it work! Nice touches all over and we were left some “goodies” when we arrived. Only negative on cleanliness was on the outside of the house, but it didn’t effect our stay. Wish the hot tub had been in though! Overall I’d stay there again.
