It's located  just 2 min walk to the seafront and center of Bol, and 5 min to the beach.

For ideal temperature it has four air-condition units.

We also provide two free parking spots in front of the house and flat high-speed Wi-Fi – having everything you need for an ideal vacation.

You'll love to stay in this spacious and fully equipped three-bedroom and two-bathroom 140 m2 house.

For you to enjoy fresh air and the great view, it has two balconies and the sea view.

It’s multi level house with rooms on the ground floor and the second floor.

Charming pebble beach is just 4 min walk from the house. 

The most famous beach beach in Croatia, Zlatni rat is just 7 min drive from the house or 25 min of easy walk along the coast. 

Living room has an air-condition unit, pool table, fireplace, LED smart TV with satellite channels, comfy sofa set, table and chairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with the dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and coffee maker, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

We also provide outside grill.

Each bedroom has one comfortable king bed, balcony and air-condition unit. 

Master and second badroom also have additional cozy single sofa bed.

House has two bathrooms with shower and hair dryer.

There is also one separate toilet with washing machine.

We will also provide you a safe, iron and ironing board.

We also secure two parking spots in front of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot and high chair can also be arranged, please ask in advance.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke on the balconies.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 1 hour of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 30 minutes of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.  

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the house tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

****     The Neighbourhood:

Bol is the most awarded and most popular holiday destination in Croatia. It is a small town on the south side of the island Brac. It is most known for its Zlatni rat beach, which is constantly rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by its visitors and magazines alike. 

This unique beach, also known as the “Golden Horn,” is a pebble beach with a narrow strip of land extending into the sea. It is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and various water sports such as windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kiteboarding.
 
Bol has a long and fascinating history, and the town has several cultural attractions that allow visitors to learn more about its past. One of the most notable cultural attractions is the Dominican Monastery and Museum.  Bol has also three galleries to explore the art.

Bus station is 1,2 km away.

Supermarket, restaurants, beach, caffee bars... are all within 2 min walk from the house.
