Our beautiful modern duplex apartment is ideal place to relax from the chaotic city life. Situated in a quiet area and yet close by to every point of importance in a city of Bol.

The space

Apartment is excellently located in a quiet area in Put Cempresa among pines and only 150 meters from the nearest beach. Both center of Bol and Zlatni Rat Beach can be reached easily by a walk or by bike along the sea promenade. It is a 5-minute walk from Borak beach which is very popular by kitesurfers and windsurfers, a 10-15 minute walk from city center and a 15-20 minute walk from Zlatni Rat. The nearest mini-market is only 20 meters from the apartment.
On the ground floor is open living-kitchen area with bathroom. In front of the kitchen is covered south terrace with table and chairs for six. There is also bar table in the house, so guest can choose whether they want to dine under sky or in the house. Living room has a sofa bed for two (170x200). At first floor is a spacious sleeping room with one double bed and sleeper sofa (160x190). There is also second bathroom and balcony with sea view.

Whole apartment is freshly refurbished in march 2015.
Private parking in the garden is provided.

Hostess lives in another apartment and she is available most of the time throughout your stay. Contact details will be given during check in.

The security deposit of 200€ is charged on arrival and is fully refunded upon departure, unless there are charges in case of damage or loss to the property during your stay. In this case that charge will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference refunded to you.

Guests have access to barbecue, which is shared between two apartments.

If you wish, you can also use transport to Zlatni rat beach - boat or train.
Private parking is included for both apartments.

House consists of two apartments, placed next to each other. Each apartment have its own terrace.
