This spacious home features three cozy bedrooms, each offering a unique and relaxing atmosphere:

Master Bedroom: The king-size bed offers a peaceful escape, complete with a full en-suite bathroom featuring a bidet, and direct access to the back patio. Unwind with a smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

Queen Bedroom: Enjoy the cozy queen-size bed, complete with a smart TV and easy access to the outside for a refreshing breeze.

Child's Room: Perfect for families, this room features a full-size bed, a Pack ‘n Play for little ones, a rocking chair, and an assortment of toys to keep the kids entertained.

The spacious living room provides a comfy spot for everyone to gather, with a TV for relaxation and entertainment. The couch pulls out into an additional sleeping space.

For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a double oven, induction stove, large fridge, and a dining table that seats six. Whether preparing a meal or simply enjoying each other’s company, this space is perfect for dining in.

Step outside into the backyard, where you’ll find a relaxing fountain (during the summer months), seating areas, a gas fire pit and views of the mountains – ideal for evening chats and stargazing.

If you head out the back yard gate, it will lead you right into Boise's very own Camels Back Park. Here you will find a large playground, tennis courts, picnic area, sand volleyball court, outdoor gym, and miles of trails!

A quick walk (0.5 miles) will get you to the luxuries of Hyde park. Here you will find coffee shops, dining, ice cream, shopping, and breweries!

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
