The Space:

Comfortable design, natural light, and a functional layout make this charming, recently updated historic home an inviting place to stay. The bright main living areas offer relaxed seating and thoughtful touches throughout. With two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a bonus area with a sofa sleeper, and an additional futon, the home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, and in-home laundry adds convenience for longer stays. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ grill and firepit—perfect for relaxing evenings. FREE street parking is available. **This is a multi-unit property with an additional private attached Studio Apartment located off the back of the home**



Bedroom 1: features a Queen bed with a high-quality mattress and plush pillows. An additional futon is located in this bedroom. Smart TV for enjoying your favorite streaming service. Plenty of windows with blinds bring in daylight while maintaining privacy. The room includes nightstands and closet for guest storage. Clean walls, neutral décor, and soft lighting create a restful and relaxing atmosphere.



Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also includes a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens and supportive pillows. This room offers a smart TV, and small clothes hanging rack (not a full closet) with natural light and window coverings for privacy. Both bedrooms provide equal comfort—perfect for couples, families, or business travelers.



The full bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower-tub combo. Guests are provided with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and a hair dryer for convenience.



The living area is open and cozy, with a 65” Smart TV. Curl up on the comfortable sofa watching your favorite shows. Sofa and loveseat are comfy and modern. Windows bring in natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. There is a separate desk area for working from home located in the open floorplan.



The kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. The dining table has seating for 6 and there is a bar with an additional 2 barstools, creating a comfortable space for shared meals or remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and essential kitchen items.



An additional Bonus area off the kitchen includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the home to comfortably host up to 7 guests. This additional space is ideal for children, friends, or extra guests who are comfortable sleeping on a pull-out sofa.



A washer and dryer are located within the home for guest convenience, making extended stays easy and comfortable.



Outdoor Space: the property has a large outdoor area that is SHARED with the Studio guests. However, there is a separate private patio including a BBQ Grill and outdoor seating. A SHARED gas fireplace is also available for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the 2 bedroom home. A separate studio apartment on the main level off the back of the home may be occupied by another guest, and there is a shared interior wall. The Garage is NOT included.

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ An additional housekeeping fee is required on all stays 14 or more nights.

~ We do NOT accept pets of any kind at this property.

We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and electronic access.
