Cozy Cottage in The North End Near Downtown

Our cozy vintage-styled suite is located in the Historic North End neighborhood! It is a detached cottage with its own private entrance and a little outdoor / backyard sitting space to enjoy the fresh air in any of Boise's seasons! It is a completely new remodel that has been carefully designed and decorated to fit the older home feel of the neighborhood and property, but still with modern elements! Thrifted finds and eclectic, vintage design is what makes the space so unique & cozy!
The space
Our cozy guest suite is unique in that it is more than just one open space / room, it has a small room divide making the space cozier yet still very open. There is a small living room and a full kitchen with full-size appliances. It has a counter work space, a sizable shower, and two smart tvs! It also has a private fenced-in entrance with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the crisp mornings, afternoon sun, or beautiful sunsets!

LOCATION:
We are directly next to the well-known and stunning HARRISON BLVD! Extra popular during Halloween and Christmas time. We are also 2 blocks from CAMELS BACK PARK in one direction and 5 blocks to Elm Grove directly in the other direction. Camels Back is a popular destination for trails through the foothills, views of the city, a large playground, tennis courts, lots of shade and picnic spots, and a few blocks from Hyde Park.
Camels Back also features events / festivals like Art in the Park, etc!

HYDE PARK is about a 10-15 minute walk and one we walk nearly every day! It boast multiple coffee shops, wine bars, cocktail bars, a brewery, delicious restaurants, bike rentals, bakery, toy store, candle store, local shopping, flower shop, and of course ice cream! A beautiful and quaint historic downtown district in the middle of the neighborhood!

BOGUS BASIN SKIING! Just about as close as you can possibly stay to the entrance of bogus basin road. Making Bogus Basin a quick drive up the mountain! Only a few blocks from all the ski rental shops as well!

DOWNTOWN & THE GREENBELT
Directly next to downtown within a 5 minute drive, tucked away in a quiet, community-oriented neighborhood directly beneath the foothills. Ride your bike down to 8th St, down Boise's beautiful greenbelt on the Boise river, or to all the various restaurants, shops, & stunning corners of The North End & downtown Boise.
Guest access
Guests can easily access the home right off the side walk. Our neighborhood is known for street parking, so guests can park directly on the street in front of the guest house, open the gate, and walk down the path to the front door entrance! All privately fenced in!
