This beautiful studio is brand new and perfect for a getaway!

This unit is attached to the main home’s garage. There is no shared space but the homes do sit very close to each other. There is street parking available at the home followed by a quick walk to the entrance of the home. The home is located above the main home’s garage and is up a flight of stairs.

With an open floor concept, you can navigate the home with ease. There is a fully stocked kitchen, office desk, chair and monitor, big screen smart TV, queen bed, standing shower, and washer and dryer. The couch easily pulls out into a full sized sofa bed for added bed space. The home comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grounds, filters, and creamer. There is also an ample amount of books, games and toys for all ages.


We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no dishwasher at the home.

Please note that this unit is above the garage of the main home. There is a flight of stairs leading to the unit and a private entrance.
