The property is close to the small village of St Breward (approx 1.5 miles) where there is a well-stocked village stores and a village pub serving meals.

The property is approached via a gated lane that leads to the property and the owner’s adjacant farmhouse.

Further afield, the iconic harbour town of Padstow beckons, where cobbled streets reveal boutique shops, galleries, and a wealth of restaurants and pubs. Beach approx. 8½ miles.
