We were a party of 6 and enjoyed our stay. The house is fully upgraded and very nice and clean. the views of the water are amazing from the main living area as well as all the 3 bedrooms. we had a good time having breakfast in the 2 large patios on each floor. The house is also very conveniently located close to restaurants and the Bodega bay scenic spots and trails. The host was very responsive and check-in was simple and easy. We had a wonderful stay on our first trip to Bodega bay.

Amazing views of Bodega Bay and Sunsets, visible from each bedroom. Place was clean and newly renovated creating a comfortable environment. Location is close to so many places to explore and eat. There’s a market close by to get any supplies. We are definitely coming back . We were going to invite another couple, but they couldn’t make it. We had the run of the place and enjoyed it. It’s perfect for a family since it has 3 bedrooms, a girls weekend or 2-3 couples depending upon whether 2 couples want to share a bathroom. The price was reasonable for the area. There’s a full kitchen so you could cook if you don’t want to eat out. Full size refrigerator and washer/dryer. There is access to the water. For those who can’t do stairs, there’s a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs on the first level and easy access through the front door

We love, love, loved everything about this place 
 from the moment you walk in, it gives “Welcome”.We were especially taken with the thoughtful design that went into creating the space. From the well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, to the comfortable memory foam mattress, to the modern bathrooms with comfort showers, and heated toilet with a bidet, to (my favorite) the remote-controlled Della overhead wall space heaters located in each room. This cozy little spot is all about comfort and tasteful simplicity.There are restaurants conveniently scattered all around, and a general store, only about a stone’s throw away, is nicely appointed with all of the things, including a nice wine selection.We were fortunate enough to have nice weather, and took full advantage of sitting outside on the veranda, collecting memories. One of us, a bird watching enthusiast, was in her glory. Identifying all manor of species and sharing stories of their origins.This was a much needed opportunity for respite, at an amazing getaway, in a sweet little thoughtfully designed space above the bay. The hostess of this wonderful, well-lit home has obviously put a lot of thought into what makes a great place to stay. Super clean, well-stocked, and comfy. When we entered the house, my grandson said "they have everything we need!" He was right. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed looking out the windows. So many birds! The hostess replied quickly to any questions and was very helpful.

Savannah was an excellent host. The location was simply beautiful, and the market next door was very convenient with food and drink and excellent sandwiches. Overall we were so pleased, comfortably fit 3 couples and sharing the bathroom downstairs was easy as one door leads to a bedroom and the other is a common door. Miss that view already!

This place was absolutely amazing! The pictures represent the house completely. The views from each of the rooms were beautiful and calming. Standing in the kitchen with coffee in the morning was unreal with tons of birds and a few otters! This is not a typical rental. The owner put a lot into the house with upgraded and new appliances, decor and furniture. It is quiet and has heat/air in every room! The house was pristinely clean. There is a grocery store and grill next door and plenty of parking. The owner Savanah was also incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this retreat house!

I booked this home for the weekend, to celebrate a special occasion with friends. We really appreciated that the home was so clean and spacious for all of us. We enjoyed that the home was close to a lot of delicious restaurants and fun activities. We loved the view from the home itself, and that it was so close to such beautiful walks/hikes. This is an amazing rental, My family were so comfortable and the home is so clean and well laid out. We had a wonderful shared space and an area that each of the kids could retreat to. My family even took the stairs down and went over to the restaurants to eat!This home is located so close to Bodega Head- we took an amazing hike around, on the most beautiful day!So close to shopping and the beaches.We will rent again if available during our next visit. Our host was very helpful and responsive. House looks like it was recently remodeled. Very modern interior. All listed amenities worked well. The only suggestions I have is that additional power outlets in the kitchen would be helpful. The living room area could use an additional small sofa. We enjoyed our weekend stay at this conveniently located house overlooking Bodega Bay.

It was a great location, near restaurant’s, shopping, beaches up the coast and the view was amazing. I’m a photographer as a hobby and the photos I have taken are spectacular, stunning and incredible. Our view from the house was simply phenomenal. Thank you to Savannah who made sure it would be the best VRBO experience one would have. My two dear friends just loved it as well. They too give it thumbs up. We absolutely loved this place!The lower and upper level with bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples traveling together.The host was lovely and very responsive and helpful. We loved everything! The host was very prompt on responding and checking in. The place was not only modern and beautiful but had everything we needed. The views were magical and being on the water made so much more special for my husband’s birthday. We will definitely be back.

The property is great, very clean and modern and with great views. I do have a few comments-1. The sette in the living room is inadequate if you have 5-6 people- there ought to be a bigger sofa or couch, 2. the dining table can only seat 4so if you have more people it can be an issue and 3. finally there are no side tables by the beds for water, medicine etc. 4. the beds are on the softer side, so if you have back issues, it may be something to consider. We were a couple so the place worked out well for us and we enjoyed our stay.
