King Vaulted Ceiling Room with Ocean View

This Deluxe King room is a third floor room which features a vaulted ceiling, one king size bed with balcony and wonderful views of Bodega Bay harbor with limited views of the ocean. All rooms are non-smoking room, includes complimentary wifi and parking. These rooms do require walking up some stairs, usually only one flight, but have exceptional views of the Bay, are quiet and have no rooms above you. All rooms feature: Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Iron, Ironing Board and Hair Dryer. All rooms are Non-smoking and offer a panoramic water view from your balcony. OUR APOLOGY, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR CHILDREN IN THESE ROOMS King Vaulted Ceiling Room (2 ADULTS ONLY, please)

It’s beautiful. The views are amazing. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. Walking distance to restaurants. The room is comfy with a king sized bed, tv and fireplace. Will stay here in the future.

Great Stay!

The only small thing that I would mention for improvement would be if the reservation confirmation texts/emails stated the physical address of the property, or if the website for Hotel Dega stated the physical address of the property, or both. I had a little difficulty finding out what the address of this property is so that I could drive my car there.

Worst of the worst

Upon check-in at 4pm we were given our Vaulted King w/ Ocean View, the room was only a bed and 2 night stands, NO other furnishings in the room. All web pics showed a loveseat or bench or chair along with dresser but the room had nothing. Returning to the Front desk it took over 45min. to find me another room neither Inn Keeper even knew the inventory they had let alone how the rooms were furnished. Finally after getting a fully furnished room, We went to dinner and then returned to out room, trying to get online using the WiFi and password provided nothing worked, after texting the hotel number and calling the host number, nothing worked giving up on internet we tried to watch TV but it did not work either. Me and the wife then started to make love, my wife screamed when realizing someone was standing in our room watching, I jumped up and chased the woman who turned and said she was housekeeping ( no uniform, no cleaning supplies, no badge) and Management sent her to clean our occupied room at 8pm on a Friday Night. This making no sense I ran to the front desk asking why they would give my room security door code ( No keys just digital codes) They said they had no housekeeping on duty, but yeah i might have sent her, Now we were even more worried if not house keeping whomis this woman a thief??? No Management on site unable to reach any management for the property, and unable to locate or book another room in Bodega Bay on a Friday night at now 10pm we left the property.

The weather was good

For a 2-night 3-day stay, you be the judge: no maid service (that includes no fresh towels, no TP, trash cans full to overflowing, etc., front desk service was all but nonexistent, and with renovations happening throughout the facility, there were assorted boxes, used mattresses, furniture, and pallets of building materials strewn everywhere
