This exceptionally family-friendly retreat comes well-equipped for guests of all ages, offering conveniences like booster seats for mealtime, amenities for pets, a fully stocked kitchen and true centerpiece of this thoughtfully curated home; the Pacific Ocean. With every single bedroom, the kitchen, and even the dog’s room boasting beautiful ocean views, Eagles Landing is a vista worth visiting.



The main floor features an expansive open-concept layout bathed in natural light from large picture windows framing the stunning coastal scenery. In the living room, you can start up the fireplace, watch TV, or break out the binoculars to marvel at the wonders of the Pacific. Flowing seamlessly from the living area is an extra-large dining table and a convenient coffee bar. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for culinary adventures and features a cozy breakfast nook that serves as an amazing spot to sip a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sunset. A half-bathroom is also conveniently located on this level for guests.



Your private sanctuary awaits in the primary suite on the entry level, complete with a full-sized crib for little ones. Wake up to majestic ocean views before stepping into the en-suite, which features a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and your very own private in-room sauna, the ultimate reward after a day of coastal exploration. Just off the living and dining area is the VIP, or Very Important Pup, Conservatory. The second bedroom is delightfully designed with children in mind, yet perfectly comfortable for adults, featuring two twin beds, a small dresser, and cheerful, child-friendly art. A laundry room with a modern washer and dryer is conveniently located just past this guest bathroom.

We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time and they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.



Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M, especially when using outdoor areas. We ask that all guests keep the property tidy and be mindful of our lovely neighbors.
