☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Large families and groups will find plenty of space to spread out and get some privacy at this cabin. All the rooms feature comfortable mattresses, nature-inspired bedding and decor, and bright lighting throughout.

The main floor features two bright and cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows. The second king-sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, an LG Smart TV and a desk that is perfect for getting some work done if the need arises during your vacation.

In addition to the main floor bedrooms, there is a spacious upper-level loft area outfitted with six single twin beds - perfect for slumber parties for both the young and the young at heart! Note that this sleeping area is separate from the rest of the house but is not a fully enclosed room. If there is noise in the main living area, it may flood up to the loft.

There is a second full bathroom on the main level with a walk-in shower. The bathrooms are stocked with lovely Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience so that you can pack light. You’ll also find plush towels, hairdryers, and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a kettle, electric stove, wine opener, measuring and mixing tools, baking sheets, a grater, pots and pans, cutting boards, a toaster, mixing bowls, strainers, casserole dishes, dishes and silverware, and more!

The dining room table seats 8, with extra seats available at the breakfast bar. You can also enjoy your meals out on the screened-in porch and take in the beautiful views and sounds of the rushing river below as you eat.

The open living room features a large leather sectional sofa and cushy armchairs, allowing the whole family to hang out as one big group. You can stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or treat yourself to some family fun with the many board games and card games provided! This features many well-loved classics such as Monopoly, Candy Land, Dominoes, Scrabble and Sorry as well as many new releases.

If all those games aren’t enough to entertain you, you can head over to the arcade gaming nook and try your hand at Big Buck Hunter or Golden Tee!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Enjoying the fresh mountain air is as easy as stepping out onto the screened-in porch off of the main living area. This area has clear views of the mountains, and you can see and hear the beautiful Toccoa River. The screened-in porch has a picnic table with cozy outdoor seating overlooking the river. Enjoy using the gas grill (connected to the main gas line) to make delicious BBQ or enjoy a movie on the outdoor 100" movie screen using the DVD player. While grilling, enjoy a fun-filled game of cornhole on the deck.

More outdoor seating can be found on the lower-level deck - perfect for playing cards or waiting for your turn in the hot tub (also located on this lower-level deck).

You could also throw some logs on the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows or hot dogs. Be sure to admire the Insta-worthy Blue Ridge mural behind you and the beautiful night sky above you!
