**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS**
Enjoy a relaxing retreat in this cozy cabin, featuring a luxurious king-size bed in the master bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedroom also includes a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for kids, with a fun bunk bed setup to add a touch of adventure to your stay. If you require additional sleeping space, our game room can double up as an extra sleeping area, complete with an air mattress (with a full-size futon) for a comfortable night's rest after a day of play. The second bathroom is located on the main level of the cabin.

**LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN**
Experience the ease and comfort of a kitchen with an open-concept design, equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. It is located next to a spacious sunken-style living room that provides breathtaking views of the cabin. Unwind with entertainment on the smart TV, which comes with streaming services. Please use your personal logins to access your preferred shows and movies.

Our game room is full of entertainment options such as foosball, giant Jenga, and an old-school Nintendo console.

Guests have access to all areas of the cabin, including the hot tub, decks, game room, fire pits, and kitchen.

Guests do not have access to the owners closet located in the downstairs hallway or the cleaning closets located in the laundry room.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $250 security deposit prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
