Welcome to Sunrise Chalet, earning more than 80 5-star reviews in it's short time being offered. This large and luxurious family-oriented cabin is only outmatched by the breathtaking views, all while being 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge AND on Aska Rd. The cabin also sits on 3+ acres, which helps maintain a undisturbed view of the layered mountains, while keeping privacy at a premium. There are no viewable cabins below or to the left of the property. The location is also close to all of the outdoor activities like boating/kayaking/SUP on Blue Ridge Lake, tubing/trout fishing on the Taccoa, hiking on multiple trails, horseback riding and mountain biking. Also, newly installed Tmobile 5G wifi with plenty of speed for all of the devices! Plenty of parking for up to 4 large or 5 small vehicles. The combination of location, size and views are unheard of at this price range. You will not be disappointed!

THIS PLACE IS BUILT FOR FAMILIES!

Want room to spread out? Take advantage of the 5000 sq ft of inside space, tons of two-tiered deck space, and a play area! Want to have family time? The massive great room will accommodate, as well as the large lower level game room. Family lunch or dinner? Enjoy it with all guests at one 10.5' long oversized live-edge table, or take a 5min trip to Blue Ridge's great restaurant scene! Relax in the hot tub? Yes please! Let the kids play outside in a fort, yes! Other inside features include two stone gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every bedroom, built-in baby gates on the stairs, TV's in all upstairs bedrooms, linens provided, towels provided, fully stocked kitchen with all cooking appliances, utensils and pots/pans. The large Game Room downstairs includes a wet bar, TV, pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, two couches, a few kids toys (blocks, games, etc) and extra stools.

THE PROPERTY
Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by the breathtaking mountain views through floor to ceiling windows in the vaulted great room, with direct access to the expansive 1st level deck showcasing said views. To the right is the master suite with vaulted ceiling and direct access to the large deck. Also to the right is a large enclosed laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. To the left is the kitchen and beautiful hearth area, with vaulted ceiling and direct access to the large screened porch facing the view. The massive loft area with with two twin beds and a trundle are just above the kitchen and hearth. Down the hall you will find a full bath with tub/shower combo and two queen bedrooms on each side. Downstairs leads to another expansive Master Suite with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds with it's own bathroom, with direct access to the lower deck with hot tub and views. The game room and wet bar are also located downstairs, with direct access to the lower deck and hot tub. The back includes a flat play area with kids playhouse and a custom built fort, with climbing wall and slide! And no cabin is complete without an outdoor firepit, perfect for those hot dogs and marshmallows, or just good conversation.

BLUE RIDGE
Downtown Blue Ridge offers the quintessential charm of a small mountain-town, with shopping, dining, crafts, and night-life. The Blue Ridge Railway located downtown operates most months except January and February and is a great passenger train experience! My kiddos love the large playground right in the heart of downtown!

THINGS TO DO
Mercier Orchards is a must-do, especially during harvest season! For those adventurers, there is no shortage of things to do with tons of hiking (AT starts here, Aska trails, Benton MacKaye Trail, Tanasi, waterfalls, etc), Toccoa river and Lake Blue Ridge access, trout fishing, tubing, or world famous white-water rafting in the Ocoee. Also a short trip to top notch mountain biking (Bear Creek, Pinhoti, etc), and plenty of horseback riding. The local Chamber of Commerce does a tremendous job with the "Visit Blue Ridge" phone app, for planning all of your activities and staying abreast of current happenings and I use it often myself!

FOR THE TECHIES
There are 6 smart TV's (one in each upstairs bedroom, 1 in Great Room, 1 in Game Room area, and 1 in downstairs master closet for hooking up a gaming system) Great 5G coverage with all major phone carriers, Dish TV included, and 5G TMobile wifi/internet. The internet is fast enough to work remotely, stream, hold video calls, etc. Typically 100Mbps download speeds. There is a Bluetooth enabled stereo in the Great Room that also is wired for outside sound.

Don't forget to get up with the sun to take in the beautiful sunrises right off the back deck. It's a fan favorite that almost every guest comments on. The name Sunrise Chalet was earned, not given!

Try finding another property of this square footage, with the views, and so close to Blue Ridge at a better price! It is not possible.
