The Space:

Welcome to Blue Vista in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our cozy cabin with picturesque views!



If you are looking for the coziest cabin experience, with 3 levels overlooking PRIME mountain views while being just a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, look no further! Sip your morning coffee from the main floor balcony rocking chairs, while watching the morning sun splash over the mountain range in the distance and then plan a fun-packed day of local activities!



BEDROOMS: This home boasts 3 wonderfully appointed bedrooms, one bedroom on each floor, all with thick comfy mattresses. Each of the 3 floors of the house have their own full bathroom as well. (Linens and towels are included).



-Master Bedroom Loft on top floor: King size bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

-Guest Bedroom 1 on main floor: Queen size bed. Full bathroom is just outside of the bedroom. Has shower/tub combo.

-Guest Bedroom 2 on lower floor: Queen size bed. Full bathroom located on the lower floor with shower/tub combo.



HOT TUB AND ACTIVITIES: A spacious hot tub on the lower level balcony overlooks the breathtaking mountain views! Just inside, a full size pool table, shuffleboard table, chest of board games and table top checkers await for those who want to engage in indoor recreation.



3 FIREPLACES: Blue Vista has 2 indoor gas fireplaces that can be easily switched on and set to desired length of time, then easily switch off. The screened in patio off the front door is a lovely hang out by the outdoor live fireplace.



BBQ GRILL: On main floor balcony, powered by propane. Make dinner surrounded by friends and family in the plentiful porch rocking chairs.



STOCKED KITCHEN: Cook with ease for your whole group in our well appointed kitchen.



NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Enjoy exciting local attractions like Mercier Apple Orchards, Bear Claw Vineyards, shops like Blue Ridge Jerky, horse back riding, hiking, golfing and all of the recreational activities at The Toccoa River (fly fishing) and Blue Ridge Lake!



A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON BLUE RIDGE: Blue Ridge is a mountain town in northern Georgia. Craft breweries and restaurants dot the downtown. Antique trains head to nearby mountain villages along the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Trails run through the Chattahoochee National Forest to Long Creek and Fall Branch waterfalls.



SKIING:

1. 1 hours, 45 minutes away: Ober, Gatlinburg in TN.

2. 2 hours, 30 min away: Maggie Valley, NC

3. 2 hours, 30 min away: Sapphire, NC

1. The Atlanta airport is only 1.5 hours away!

2. This home is easy to access via a paved road. Many homes in this area do not have paved roads, only gravel roads. This is a major bonus for our home’s location. Remote yet easy to access!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Gas fireplaces are turned off May through October.

The Neighborhood:

Blue Vista is situated on a very private road with a handful of other homes nearby. The level of privacy is spectacular! At night, it is so dark on the porch balcony, it feels like you can see every single star in the sky!



Enjoy exciting local attractions like Mercier Apple Orchards, Bear Claw Vineyards, Blue Ridge Jerky and all of the recreational activities at Blue Ridge Lake!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!



WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Gas fireplaces are turned off May through October.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.



Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.



Dogs are not allowed in this property.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to your discretion. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.
