Nestled in a serene wooded enclave, our contemporary residence boasts designer decor, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. Revel in the breathtaking vistas of Blue Ridge Lake, immersing yourself in the tranquility of this wooded paradise. Experience outdoor relaxation in our spacious 7-person hot tub, complemented by a cozy fire pit and inviting outdoor living room.

For a relaxing time at home, we offer a diverse selection of entertainment options. Inside, guests can enjoy board games, card games, classic Nintendo Switch games, and a Shuffle board with Bowling game. Outdoors, we provide Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, an Axe throwing game, a ping pong table, and corn hole for your enjoyment.

Guests are welcome to bring a boat, and we offer parking for the trailer on the side of the house. We are conveniently located just 0.5 miles away from the boat launch. Our driveway can accommodate trailers up to 28 feet in length. This cabin is also equipped with one electric vehicle (EV) charger.

Additionally, our proximity to a boat launch, a mere few minutes away, allows for seamless access to the lake. Should you desire to rent a boat, the marina, a short 7-minute drive from our location. We also have 2 hiking loop directly in front of our home. For your convenience, we recommend utilizing the AllTrails app, a valuable resource for trail guidance. Other Things to Note:
Public lake access is right across the property, though the public park.
Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well.

NO CATS; the owner is highly allergic.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Agreement and authorize a $250 Security Deposit prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
