Step into the main level, where an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room seamlessly extend onto a beautiful private deck with stunning views of Lake Blue Ridge (season dependent). Also on this level, the spacious master suite offers a large bathroom, a walk-in shower, and its own private deck—an inviting retreat to start and end your day.



Upstairs, a cozy loft welcomes you with a couch, twin bunk beds, and bar seating that overlooks the living area and breathtaking mountain scenery. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding, complete with plenty of board games for entertainment. - NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house.

- DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.

- LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.

- Kayaks shown in photo are not available for guest use and will be locked.

Early check-ins must be pre-approved in writing by management. Please note, editing your check-in time on Airbnb won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in.

Refund Policy: For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
