*GUEST REGISTRATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT
✅RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must sign a rental agreement, provide a valid driver’s license, and list all guest names and ages.
✅SECURITY HOLD: A $1,500 security hold is required and will be placed two days before arrival and released seven days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
✅CONFIRMATION: Guests must reply, "I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement," before receiving the door code and house instructions.

✅Check-in: After 5:00 PM
✅Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
✅Early check-in & late check-out: Subject to availability and must be approved in writing.
✅Late check-out penalty: $2 per minute past 10:00 AM, plus potential charges for ad-hoc cleaning or canceling the next guest’s stay.

✅Fees: $150 per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed (Max weight: 50 lbs per dog).
✅Rules: Dogs must be crated when left alone.
✅Waste cleanup: $35 fee per uncollected waste pile.
✅Damage fee: $300 minimum for pet-related damage to upholstery, carpets, or furniture.

*AMENITIES & KITCHEN USE
✅Towels & Toiletries: 1 set of towels per guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided.
✅Fully stocked kitchen: Includes cookware, utensils, spices, coffee, and modern appliances. Appliance malfunctions will not be grounds for refunds.
✅Furniture & Decor: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.

*VISITORS & MAXIMUM CAPACITY
👨‍👩‍👧 Maximum occupancy: 20 overnight guests (including infants).
🚫 No unauthorized visitors or parties.
👨‍🍳 Personal chefs & service providers: Allowed with prior notice. Must be insured. Proof of insurance required.

*TRASH & WILDLIFE PRECAUTIONS
✅Trash must be placed in the bear-proof bin outside. Do not leave food or trash on the decks.
✅The neighbor’s large brown trash bin is off-limits to guests.

*RESTRICTED AREAS
🔒 The owner's closets (loft & basement) and utility room are off-limits. Tampering with lock
