A table for eight waits at one of the great room for you and your loved ones to enjoy delicious meals together, and meal preparing will be a joy in the chef's dream kitchen featuring leathered granite counters, a huge island with 3 chairs, and stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range. There is also a half bath on this level.

There's room for everyone to relax and sleep in style at A Robin's Nest. The main level has a King master bedroom suite with a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring two separate granite vanities, a soaking tub, and oversized separate tiled shower. On the lower level are two more bedrooms. One room offers another King bed with an attached bathroom with soaking tub and two separate antiqued wooden vanities, and the third offers a King bed. A third full bath is off the game room, with a glass art sink & toilet section separated from the shower & second sink area by a pocket door - ideal for multiple people getting ready in the morning. There's also room for three more to sleep in the downstairs den, on the Queen sleeper sofa and the rollaway Twin bed.

Entertainment options abound in this lovely home. Overlooking the great room is a loft with a pool table, and in the lower level den there is a Foosball table. Step outside and relax at the gas fireplace on the deck, enjoy a meal al fresco, relax in the hot tub on the covered lower level patio, and explore the grounds that include a stream and a firepit near the water.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
