The Space:

Located in the Woodridge neighborhood at The Pointe, this 1-bedroom home with loft is entered from the first set of stairs leading to the 2nd level.  Coming through the door you enter into the living room with the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on your left.  Walking through the living room, you will access the dining room, the back deck, and the stairs to the loft.



Guest Access:

★During your stay, you'll also have access to the clubhouse gym, sauna, and pool (when in season).

★ The in-unit laundry is located in the closet immediately upon entering.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with its own pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. You'll also have access to the clubhouse, which features a gym and another pool. Enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities and the tranquility of this residential area.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure the security of our community, guests are provided with one hangtag for gate access and a mailbox key. Please note that these items must be returned upon checkout to avoid a 50 dollar replacement fee for each. We kindly ask that you observe our check-in time of 16:00 and check-out time of 11:00. Please note that unauthorized late checkouts will incur a 50 dollar fee, and if the delay exceeds two hours, the charge will be the full base rate for the following day. As a reminder, this is a smoke-free property, and smoking or vaping inside or within 25 feet of the premises will result in a 350 dollar remediation fee. We do not allow pets, parties, or unregistered guests. Before departure, we kindly request that you strip the used beds, place used towels in the bathtub or shower, and wash your dishes. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining our home.
