The Space:

The first floor is an open floor plan with a wrap around porch that has multiple places to gather and relax. The primary suite starts on the first floor with a queen bed, sitting area, en suite bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. The second floor has 2 twins with an en suite full bathroom and work space. The second floor above the main house has two rooms with queen beds, one of which has an en suite full bathroom. One room has two twins and there is another full bathroom off the hallway. The ground floor has a workout/ playroom and opens out to the pool area. There is also a pool house with a bathroom and outdoor shower.



Guest Access:

The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard. Only half of the basement is off limits and that is locked.



The Neighborhood:

This house is down a well maintained dirt road and is very private with no really close neighbors.



Getting Around:

A car is necessary to reach this rental.



Other Things to Note:

All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.
