Inside, cathedral ceilings and expansive windows fill the home with natural light, creating an airy, welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept living and kitchen area is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring four sliding glass doors that provide seamless indoor-outdoor living and direct access to the fully enclosed, stone-walled backyard with a gated driveway.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking effortless, while mini-split A/C units in every room ensure comfort throughout the home. After a day at the beach, unwind in the private outdoor lounge area, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table with grill, or rinse off in the outdoor shower.
The main-floor primary suite offers a private slider to the back patio, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double-headed shower. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms with full-size beds share a well-appointed bathroom, perfect for family or guests. The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard.
The Neighborhood:
This house is between the airport and Fresh Pond. There are no immediate neighbors, but it is located on a central road.
Getting Around:
This house is located centrally on the Island. New Harbor is 1.3 miles and Old Harbor is 2 miles. A car is highly recommended for this property, but a bike and taxi rides can suffice as it is all paved roads to and from this house.
Other Things to Note:
All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.
