This home is in the private Brier Crest Woods community. Please follow all rules during your stay:

Driveway parking only (no street or swale parking)
Speed limit: 25 MPH (strictly enforced)
No last-minute or unregistered guests are allowed-please inform us 24 hours in advance of any day guests so that we can register them with the HOA.
Car tags & wristbands required for amenities.
Wristbands must be returned to host upon checkout. A replacement fee of $5 will be incurred for every lost wristband.
No fireworks or camping permitted
Pets must be leashed; no pets at the beach or dock
Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
Fires allowed only in covered pits with an adult present
Swim only in roped areas; boats launch from the dock only
Dispose of trash & recycling properly at the community station

🐾 PET POLICY
Maximum of 2 pets per stay.
Pets must be kept on a leash per community rules.
Please clean up after your pets.
We collect a $50 per pet fee.
