The Space:
Pine View Cottage is a highly sought after unit nestled in the center of the Villas at Plumas
Pines. Having just returned to the rental market, this property is newly decorated and features
updated amenities, making it the perfect home base for a weekend getaway.
The Details:
Enjoy 1440 square feet of private luxury, including two bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, new
carpets, and a clean, modern kitchen.
The cottage sleeps six:
- One king bed in the primary bedroom.
- One queen bed in the secondary bedroom.
- One queen-sized hide-a-bed in the living room.
Cozy up in the cottageâs living room with a working wood fireplace, a 55â smart TV, comfortable
interior furniture, and tastefully themed decor. During the day, the high ceilings and open floor
plan flood the room with natural light. In the afternoon, the cozy couches and rock fireplace turn
it into a peaceful den perfect for movie night.
Relax and entertain out on the back deck, enjoying the gorgeous natural views from a
comfortable patio table. Getting hungry? Cook dinner on the propane grill and enjoy the
beautiful afternoon sunshine.
Arriving after a long drive? Traveling with a group? Enjoy full access to our two-car garage and
ample parking space.

Guest Access:
When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines, is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. We are only one hour away from the Reno/Tahoe airport.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over 4th of July weekend.
Interaction with Guests:
