This outstanding, beautiful, luxurious town home is a stellar addition to our vacation rental program!!!! Perfect for families, couples, golf groups, weddings. You will be delighted with you stay in this east deck facing town home located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort. And this homeowner has thoughtfully provided a crib and a pack n play for your little ones!
Some of the excellent features that make this home special are:
Luxury tile flooring throughout the living space
All new doors, windows trim etc.
Updated kitchen cabinets and remodeled kitchen - this kitchen is fully stocked!
White quartz counter tops in the kitchen
Remodeled bathrooms
stainless appliances, wine refrigerator - coffee bar
Custom butcher block island for easy food prep
T.V.'s in the Living room and each bedroom - with streaming service
Fantastic comfortable furniture
Wonderful relaxing deck that catches the morning sun and afternoon shade

Included is also a crib, pack and play and highchairs for your young ones! Games and toys too!
Patio table with 6 chairs and the upstairs balcony has two adirondack chair and a small table for morning coffee or afternoon beverage!
4 Stand alone A/C units that are vented to the outside for cool comfort during the summer.  These are not considered Central A/C but WILL keep the house cool!
**This home has a Keurig coffee maker and a french press
**One upstairs room is a non-conforming bedroom
**This townhome is considered to have A/C as it has 4 portable plug in room air conditioners that vent to the outside.
Guest Access:
Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.
Other Things to Note:
We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.
Interaction with Guests:
**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
