We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in (back door is the main entrance for this property). The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, except the cleaning closet down in garage/right side of basement.
The barns on the property are off limits to guests.

Approximately 10 miles from U.S. Route 460, a major highway that connects to Interstate 81 at Christiansburg. The property features an attached two-car garage with gravel parking, providing ample space for guest parking.
-This home accommodates up to 6 cars for parking. There are parking areas in front of garage, and also back behind the home at deck entrance, where main point of entry is (smart lock)


- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave
-The fire place will not be used by guests during their stay.
-The barns and building on the property are off limits to guests.
-This property has a traditional coffee maker.
-There is a fire pit outside, fire wood not provided. (local grocery or gas station would sell fire wood)
-The charcoal grill out on the back deck is for guest use, charcoal not provided.(local grocery or gas station would sell fire wood)

-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.
