The bedroom and bathroom were extremely small and felt very congested. Even during my stays in London, I have not experienced such limited space. Blackpool is not a highly tourist-heavy destination, so this was quite disappointing. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, we checked multiple times between 8 am and 9 am, but no staff were present and the dining hall was locked. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and would not connect or load properly. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
on a positive note the room was clean, quiet and the hotel was ideally located for our plans in Blackpool on the weekend
However the room was small, dingy with lots of wear and tear that certainly needs repair and upgrading, especially the terrible sliding bathroom door.
Great location, close to the seafront and main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Good value for money and a pleasant place to stay overall.
