About this space
Beautiful Cozy Modern 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with dual vanity. Guest can enjoy a large Private Patio with gas grill and large lawn area. Central Location in Blackfoot, walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants and bars in Downtown. Close to the East Idaho Fairgrounds and Hospital. House has mini split Central AC and heating plus additional heaters in each room if desired.
Other things to note
No pets allowed during stay. A $100 fine will be applied if pets are brought in plus any additional cleaning fees. No smoking or vaping inside either, $500 Fee will be applied.

This is a great house and an excellent host. The house has everything you need to make a comfortable private space when visiting family. We were there for a month while visiting family and helping them with their home renovations and it was great to be able to have the grandchildren visit at “our” little house.

Overall a good place to stay

Checkin to checkout was easy, clear and straitforward. We got in later in the evening and the primary bedroom with the king bed had been slept in and most of the towels were dirty and piled up in the bathroom. I called and the owner was extremely apologetic and credited my cleaning fees since the contracted cleaning company forgot to come. I only stayed one night so even though he had the company come out to clean the next day I checked out early and had a full days work then headed back home like was planned. Based on the experience, I would try again since the anomaly was due to someone elses negligence not the owner who was very nice and good to work with.

This property is so cute and cozy. It’s within walking distance of a couple restaurants, fast food, coffee shops and grocery store. Everything was clean and cared for. If I’m in Blackfoot again I’ll see if this property is available.

Great Get Away Place

Mike’s place was just the ticket. Nicely updated and having everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, had a seemless check-in, and was just a 5 minute walk from a great coffee shop!

Absolutely Adorable

The home is as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is adorable. The couches are really comfortable to sit on while watching tv or chatting. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. We didn’t use the backyard but it looks like it would be fun to just hang out. We slept great on the mattress they had. We enjoyed our stay VERY much and I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a homey place while visiting Blackfoot or an inbetween place for Idaho Falls and Pocatello

A lovely little cottage in an otherwise forgettable city

Don’t let my title fool you. This place is lovely and the property is well taken care of. The hosts are very accommodating and there is just about anything you might need to have a cozy stay. We didn’t use the house for much more than a place to sleep and a home base while we were in town for a funeral, but it was very nice in comparison to the old homes in the surrounding area. The owners renovation makes this a perfect spot to stay if you want to visit lava hot springs and want a more modern look for your stay.

So comfortable!

This was such a great place to stay! We were in town for a clinic, so we were primarily at the home in the evening. Nice open space for visiting and fixing meals. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This place looked very recently renovated and was comfortably clean. Our stay was absolutely exceptional. It was so much better than staying in one hotel room together with kids. My favorite touches to the property were the quality bed linens and the rain shower head!
