-No parties or events allowed, if parties are thrown then there will be a payable charge of £2500.00
-No smoking inside the property – this includes cigarettes, vapes, and shisha.
-No pets unless prior permission is given.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – please respect neighbors.
-Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-Keep all windows and doors closed when not at home.
Turn off lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use.
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
-Please treat the home with care and respect.
-Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
-Dispose of rubbish in the correct bins provided.
Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout.

-ID will be required to submit via third party.
-Always lock the door when leaving the property.
-Do not tamper with smoke detectors, alarms, or security devices.
-We will ask for a refundable safety deposit of £200.00, which will be collected securely via 3rd party or Airbnb Resolution Center and refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and compliance with house rules.
