VERY BAD , I couldnât even check in due to lack of communication. The hotel has a self service check in where you scan a qr code that doesnât even work and I rang the phone number multiple times but with no answer . Also texted them on the hotels.com app and they responded 3 days later with the check in link . ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WOULDNT EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND AS THEY SAID MY STAY WAS COMPLETE AND I DIDNT EVEN SLEEP THERE OR CHECK IN .
I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were loose. I am 66 and my husband is72 so it was hard for us with health problems.
