Home is located in Black Mountain, please note that this home is up in the mountains, please be cautious with driving the mountain roads. The last almost 1/2 mile to home is gravel the rest of the way there is completely paved.

Downtown Black Mountain, Asheville, and Hendersonville are all about 40 mins away. Jack Nicklaus designed putting green with infinity views of the mountains.
Seasonal weather conditions are expected and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts, road conditions, and securing travel insurance.

Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. This home takes a while to clean because of size, so if we have a same day check in or out, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or check out. If we do not have same day we are happy to accommodate late or early check in/check out with advance notice. If you know you need a later check out please reach out before booking.

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risks if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

The home is located on the side of a mountain, please supervise children when outside to prevent accidents.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
