This lovely 4 bedroom home in Bishop Auckland is a great option for families, contractors or small groups looking for a comfortable place to stay.
The house sleeps up to 7 guests and has plenty of space to relax, with a bright living area, modern kitchen, conservatory and a private enclosed garden.
There is also driveway parking for two cars.
The living room is a cosy place to unwind after a busy day, with a large comfortable sofa, wall mounted TV and feature fireplace. The built-in shelving and lighting give the room a modern feel while still being comfortable and homely.
One of the nicest parts of the house is the large conservatory, which brings in lots of natural light and overlooks the garden. It’s a great extra space to sit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and well equipped if you’d like to cook during your stay. It includes everything you’d normally need (anything else, please just ask!).
Bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 guests:
Bedroom 1 – King bed
Bedroom 2 – Double bed
Bedroom 3 – Double bed
Bedroom 4 – Single bed
All rooms are simple, comfortable and designed to give guests a good night’s sleep.
Bathroom
The main bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, which is ideal whether you prefer a quick shower or a relaxing soak.
In addition, there is a shower room.
Downstairs, there is a modern wc
Outside space
The property has a private enclosed garden, which is great if you're travelling with children or bringing a dog along.
There are toys outside for the children to play on and with.
Pets
We welcome one well behaved dog during your stay.
Parking
There is driveway parking for up to two cars directly outside the property.
Location
The house is in a quiet residential area of Bishop Auckland, with easy access to local shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
It’s also a good base if you want to explore the area, with attractions like Auckland Castle, Kynren and Durham City all within easy reach.

Consumables
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.
Check in and out times
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
