What sets us apart is our commitment to a clean, comfortable and convenient stay. Relax in our lounge, complete with a cosy sofa bed and a smart TV offering access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, double bed in one and two singles in the other, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.
The town centre is a 5 minute drive away.

Welcome to our recently renovated house in the quaint neighbourhood of South Church! Just a 3-minute drive from Bishop Auckland Retail Shopping Park, our home promises a blend of comfort, convenience, and cleanliness for an unforgettable stay.
**Living Space:**
Relax in our inviting lounge, featuring a cosy sofa bed perfect for extra guests (please do let us know ahead of time if you require the bedding for the sofa bed). Enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV, with access to Netflix, YouTube, and more â ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring (please provide your own log ins).
**Kitchen**
The kitchen is well equipped with are a range of large amenities including:
- Fridge freezer
- Washer dryer
- Oven
And small appliances such as:
- kettle
- toaster
- microwave
In the kitchen you will also find a small breakfast bar area, this will seat two people
**Bedrooms:**
Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms:
- **Master Bedroom:** A comfortable double bed.
- **Second Bedroom:** Two single beds, perfect for family or friends traveling together.
- In both bedrooms there is ample storage and hanging space provided.

There is a well appointed bathroom, complete with full size bath tub, over the tub show, WC and basin.

- **Durham City** With its stunning cathedral and castle, not to mention huge selection of shops, restaurants and bars, Durham City is worth a visit. It's around 30 minutes by car.
**Parking**
Parking is free on street parking. You can park behind the house.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
