House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No visitors. Only the number of people we can accommodate must enter the property.
- Minimum age to book 21 years old.

Things to note:

There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £300, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.

If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 7 working days after your check-out.

We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill), which is taken offline through a third party link.

10am is check-out time, we offer a 3-hour later check-out for 1pm, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability.

Our customer service team closes at 10pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.
