🔑We operate a convenient Hassle Free self-check in system. Before you arrive you will be provided with a code to access the gate and property. Guests have access to the entire apartment.

🚘One designated, free car parking space is available for guests. The apartment is accessed within a gated community.

📷We have surveillance cameras in public areas, outside the property & on the front door. (include onsite security) This is for your protection to make sure you have a safe and pleasant stay.

Other things to note
→ No Parties/loud music or Gatherings at all

→ No extra guests

→ Any disturbances caused will result in a
£250 penalty fee.

→ A replacement fee of £100 -£300 will be charged for any lost keys.

→ Any unauthorised guests staying or extra unauthorised bed use will be charged £30-50 per person per night.

→ L&S Prestige Properties provide a hotel standard of service in all of our properties.

→ The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.

→ We provide professionally cleaned good quality linen and towels.

→ If towels or linen are stained with makeup or dirt, you will be charged £30 per item.

*We require guest Authorization for a Security Deposit.

*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This apartment is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy in our properties. A security depost will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property in designated areas.

*If accidental damages happen please notify us immediately. Damages will be taken out of the security deposit.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*Guests are expected to follow all House Rules.

We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and a card pre-authorisation of £250 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £250 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss, or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
