âą Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
âą Do not eat food in the beds
âą Do not disrespect Neighbors
âą Please follow check-in and out instructions
âą Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
âą Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
âą Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
âą Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
âą No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, including the outside deck.
âą No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
âą No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm.
âą We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
âą FEES: Stained linens (towels and sheets) that canât be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item
âą FEES: Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation.
âą FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
âą FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
âą FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
âą FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
