We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal.
Guests can access the entire flat, free WiFi and Netflix on our full HD TVs. Complimentary coffee, tea and some treats to make everyone feel at home.
We also provide toiletries and a full set of utensils in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, oven, toaster, and kettle.
The Neighborhood:
Birmingham is an expanding, vibrant city, undergoing a major makeover. This exclusive apartment is located adjacent to the Mailbox, where you will find a wealth of restaurants, pubs, theatres, cinemas, and other entertainment venues.
Getting Around:
Grand Central, (New Street Station), is under 10 minutes walk.
From there, the entire city is accessible by train and tram, or if you prefer there is the bus.
Uber is available throughout the entire city, there are also many local taxi firms.

We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.
To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a ÂŁ35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay.
This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! ÂŁ200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.
-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
