Disgusting rental – absolutely not recommended.The house was dirty, musty, and heavily worn. Right at arrival, there was a strong moldy smell, especially in the basement, which floods during rain. The washing machine drain hose isn’t attached properly and causes flooding during each wash. The floor is swelling, the air smells like mildew.Cleanliness was terrible: stained walls, filthy furniture, and we even found a lipstick and a putty knife between the couch cushions. The kitchen is outdated, broken, and not equipped for the number of guests – no large pots, poor inventory.The basement bathroom was moldy, with a blackened shower curtain and grout. Storage rooms were packed with random junk.The worst part: we found three dead cockroaches, and a live one in our food – after it sat on the stove for just 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable.The house is also extremely noisy – if someone walks upstairs, everyone downstairs wakes up. Every floorboard creaks loudly.Outside was no better: carport and shed were full of trash, possibly used by squatters or local teens. The photos in the listing are outdated and do not reflect reality.Bottom line: This property is dirty, run-down, and a complete disappointment. We would never stay here again.
