This modern and spacious apartment has been finished to a high standard with a modern decor and quality fixtures and fittings. The floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and create a feeling of space. The open plan living space features a Juliette style balcony and a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and large sofa and TV for quiet nights in. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features a full length window, wardrobe with a mirror and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern and clean bathroom, relax by taking a bath in the bathroom, which is equipped with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is ÂŁ50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is ÂŁ75 charge.
