The location is good it’s literally like a 10 min walk to the bull ring shopping center with some lovely culture around the property getting into it was a night mare check in was for 3 I was sat im the car waiting for the owner to get back to me as when I called apparently cleaners were still in when it was time to go in cleaner had forgot to leave the keys in lock box so after all this I also had to ring hotels.com to get help it was around 5 when I eventually got into room this is whilst having 2 small children with me also the advertisement is free parking there is no free parking the parking is on street with a max of 4 hours the parking at the building is private the room itself lovely very spacious cleanliness wasn’t great there was coffee stains on the kitchen floor and there’s a lot of dust on the scurting and windows and hairs on the bathroom walls in the shower parts also upon arriving there was no hot water which I had to try and figure out and the bed with the tv in the room is broke on one side and the mattress is so lumpy and bumpy a few minor adjustment and maintenance on the property and it could be brilliant again for the stress of the trip I had from arriving putting a downer on my experience I don’t think I’d be in a rush to come back not for the cost of the room either for 1 night

Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above

Beautifully Styled Apartment with a Helpful Host

We recently stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment in Birmingham & were impressed by the beautiful interior design & stylish dĂ©cor. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable & thoughtfully laid out. The host was incredibly friendly & helpful, with excellent communication before & during our stay—something we really appreciated. There is 24-hour building security, and the guards were friendly, professional and helpful. While the apartment was lovely, there are a few things worth noting. The common areas of the building (outside of the apartment) are in need of serious upkeep & regular cleaning & unfortunately, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the hallways. Inside the apartment, the oven, fridge & freezer needed a clean & strong odours were noticeable when these doors were opened. The kitchen was missing some basic items but the host’s kind & responsive nature made us happy to purchase & leave a few useful bits behind for future guests. A toaster would be a great addition going forward. In terms of location, the apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the Bullring Shopping Centre & Birmingham City Centre, with Birmingham Coach Station only 2 blocks away. We enjoyed our walks west from the apartment, where we found great little stores and charming thrift shops. However, we didn’t always feel safe walking east. All in all, with a few updates and some attention to the building's maintenance, this apartment could be a real gem.
