‱Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are on the main floor and each have a queen bed.

‱Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the basement.

‱Bedroom 4 is the master suite and has a king bed and an en-suite full bath.

‱Bedroom 5 / toy room has a pullout sofa bed.

‱Basement also contains a lounge room with 75` smart TV.

Daniel was welcoming and responsive. If anything was needed he would be there. This house is perfection. The location is tops, the home is updated and beautifully decorated and the yard has nothing left out. I would recommend this home to both large and smaller families. You can’t beat it.

We were visiting the area to see a show at Sight and Sound. This home was in the perfect location, making it very convenient to get to the show and back. The hosts home was beautiful, with every thought of their guests taken into consideration. They were so pleasant to communicate with as well. If you stay, you will not be disappointed.

Backyard Getaway!

We took our track and field team over to Lancaster the day before a meet for a stay at the backyard getaway and it was fantastic! We had a great time in the hot tub, bonding over family feud on the large tv downstairs, and slept great. The kitchen was spacious enough for us to make a full breakfast and we topped it off with coffee from the coffee bar. Ben was a great house and we would love to stay there again!

Awesome stay

We really enjoyed the property! It’s beautiful inside and well equipped. Outside it has hot tub, fireplace, kids swing set, and beautiful sunsets and sunrises! If you are visiting Lancaster, PA, I would definitely recommend this house to stay. I saved it for myself and will be using in the future, also recommended to my friends. Thank you Ben for allowing to enjoy this beautiful spot!

Spectacular Views

My family and I had an amazing time staying at the Backyard Getaway home. The house was extremely clean and organized with a modern farmhouse feel. The kids loved the play set in the backyard and fire pit for making s'mores. The beautiful views seeing the cows in the field across the street were spectacular. We even got to see them launch hot air balloons one of the nights. We will definitely be coming back.

Long weekend Getaway

I booked this home because it seemed perfect for our family of 6. I think we even had one extra bedroom we didn’t really use. The layout of the house was 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the kitchen, living space and bathroom. It was very easily accessible for my Mom who has mobility issues and can be all on one level for her. We especially loved the outdoor area space. I spent early mornings with my 2 and 3 yr old and evenings after the heat playing on this beautiful playground. The downstairs has 1 bedroom, a living area with tv and another Den line type room that was a playroom, again perfect for my kids and gave us some privacy too! The only thing that was a little difficult was that I love to cook and the kitchen wasn’t equipped with many things. There was only 1 cutting board and 1 baking sheet and no wine opener. I know most people eat out on vacation, but cooking here is so fun with all the farmers markets and local ingredients. Don’t let this affect you booking this house though. It was a beautiful and clean home! My kids love watching the horses going by, it’s in the beautiful country but located within minutes from everything! We definitely will be back here in the Fall! We love this area and this was a perfect place for us equipped with toys and books for the kids too and a washer and dryer! Thanks so much!

Great house and location.

Ben was so easy to work with and very accommodating. The house is spectacular. The pictures that are posted don’t give it enough credit. From the large basement with master suite, to the large outdoor area. This house is fantastic for anyone!
