You’ll have access to the entire two-bedroom suite, Old Spanish House B: Carter Jack Suite, located on the first level and accommodating up to 4 guests. The suite is wheelchair accessible, and a small ramp is available if needed. You’ll also enjoy access to a cozy fire pit area—perfect for relaxing during your stay. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, and any additional occupants or vehicles require prior approval. Golf carts are also available to rent ($150 a day), offering a fun and easy way to explore the area.

The property is equipped with blackout curtains; however, exterior lighting remains on overnight for guest safety and security, and some light may still enter the suite.
