Centrally located! Steps from the beach, casino, Coliseum and waterfront hang-outs. The pool is private and a great place to RELAX and spend a day.

The condo has a split floor-plan with over 1100 square feet making it perfect for 2 couples or a family. Enjoy the sea breeze on the two balconies or watch a thunderstorm roll on-shore.

Biloxi is still a car town. I suggest a rental car if staying more than two nights but you can Uber almost anywhere, just expect a longer delay than big cities.

There are two parking spaces per condo.

There are two queen beds. An elevated full size blow-up mattress is available to be set-up in the master bedroom.

The rental cool, clean, and fresh when we walked in. The pool area was nice. The complex was quiet.The host was very responsive when I asked questions. The cleaning crew forgot to leave a bag in the trash and laundry detergent to start towels, but I always bring trash bags. I loved the oversized bath tub and the decor through out the condo was pleasant and relaxing. It was nice to have a keurig and coffee pods available. There was also a hairdryer, but I always bring my own just in case.

Super pleased!

The place was just what I needed! I need convenience to the coliseum and this was so close. I needed space for myself since I was there with 3 dance girls and it did not disappoint. I needed a kitchen to make their munches for the convention and I had that. Overall great place and will book again for my next one.

Cruisin the Coast

Todd and I arrived at Biloxi and the condo on Oct. 1, the condo was more then expected. It was very roomy and furnished nicely. We were there for the car show and didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, but when we were there it was quite, and right across the street from the beach. We will be returning next year and hope to have another stay like this.

Great property! Awesome location.

I am a Biloxi local and I rented this property for my family who was visiting from out of state. They found the property to be clean and well equipped with everything they needed. They loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and attractions. Owner was great to work with with as well.

Vacationing from Pittsburgh

The property is exactly as it looks. Very clean, comfortable and COOL which was much appreciated after a day at the beach in the Mississippi sun. We cooked breakfast/dinner a few times and had everything that we could have needed. I had to contact the owner once and she was prompt to respond and handled the situation immediately. I would recommend to anyone.

Great condo in great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The host was wonderful and the check in process was easy. We were attending a music event at the coast coliseum and the condo was just a short drive from there. The condo was very clean and so cozy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

We had a short, but wonderful stay. The condo has everything you need, and is in a great location. The condo and complex is quiet and well maintained, and the owner is very accommodating and responsive. We were able to bring our furry family members, which is a must for us. We will most definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Great getaway!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo. The check-in process was very easy. Close to lots of attractions. We spent our beach time at Ship Island and did not have a chance to try the walk to the local beach, but seems would be a few minutes walk or could easily be accessed by car as well. We did not have a chance to try out the large, beautiful pool the condo has either, but sure we will next time!

Weekend Birthday getaway

I was Soooo Happy 😊 that everything that was pictured and said about the condo was TRUE. The condo was Clean, fresh, pleasant and had a clear ocean view, only a few steps away, much much better than any hotel with that at home of feeling 😀. Amazing

This property manager went above and beyond to help me. We were kicked out of our other VRBO and I had two children and a dad who was disabled from Covid. She helped me and suggested several places until I could get into her rental. Forever grateful and thankful. Her response time was great and check in super easy. The pool was nice and easy access. The property was super clean and very nice. We will definitely be back to this property!

Exceptionally clean with notable attention to detail

Myself and four others stayed in Kaitlyn's spacious condo for my college graduation. The condo was tastefully decorated and could easily accommodate six adults comfortably. The space and amenities met and exceeded my expectations and the entire condo was impeccably clean! The location was close to everything on the strip and peacefully quiet. Notable attention to detail throughout the condo especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of my guests is a professionally trained chef and he was impressed with the quality and selection of cookware, knives, dishes, etc in the kitchen. Much attention given to making sure guests are comfortable and having both needed and extra items for their stay. Down to the robe, slippers, plentiful towels and other extras in the bathrooms, no details were overlooked. Kaitlyn was immediately available for any questions and quick to reply. The beds were very comfortable with extra linens and pillows. The property was clean and well kept with plenty of extra parking for guests. My guests and I felt safe during our stay and will certainly return if in the area!
