As you approach this home, you'll be greeted by the warm, inviting exterior featuring natural wood siding, a gabled roof, and a spacious front deck adorned with sturdy wooden railings and comfortable outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the forest view of the Retreat. To the back of the home, there is a private patio off the living room and another patio off the second bedroom giving you direct access to the Swan River, Jewel Basin mountain range surrounding natural beauty.

The main house has a large back deck, outdoor bar and firepit that are private for the homeowner in the main house and not available for your use. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, heated floors, and floorboard heater for your comfort. The second bedroom boasts a dedicated work space, coffee bar and beverage cooler. Both bedrooms rooms offer plush King beds and mounted Smart TVs.

In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.

In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes!
