A stylish half bath completes this level, along with access to the front-entry patio featuring outdoor seating and a grill.

The bunk room includes two twin-over-twin bunks and offers direct access to the hot tub patio. Guest Bedroom 1 also has patio access and a TV, while a full bathroom off the den serves both rooms.
