Ready for a Montana experience of a lifetime? Perfectly situated in the mountain town of Big Sky, 145 Copper John is a modern newly constructed townhouse with an open floor plan and large windows. It boasts high-end finishes, impeccable interior design, and welcoming touches that will surely exceed expectations. This townhome is an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts, skiers, hikers, stargazers, and everyone in between, with both endless wilderness activities and modern conveniences. After a fantastic day of outdoor fun, return home for an easy walk to great local restaurants, bars, and shopping options. In the summer, take a minute walk to the Town Center for events such as the Big Sky Farmers Market and Music in the Mountains Concert Series, along with Big Sky`s premier event, the PBR Rodeo. In addition, this retreat is within walking distance to Big Sky`s new community center, which offers seasonal and daily passes for rock climbing, yoga classes, weightlifting, open gym, and more. For those looking to explore the local trails, the "Hummocks" and "Uplands" trailhead is 3/4 of a mile and the Ousel Falls trailhead is 1.2 miles away from the townhome. These include two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queen beds. The two car garage and two-story layout leaves plenty of space for relaxation and all your gear needs for year-round recreation. The townhome has premium appliances and is one of the select units in Big Sky that has AC for the summer months. This retreat also has a private hot tub, which is always a big hit for family and friends. Lastly, there are two different patios which provide gorgeous views for grilling, drinking a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine.
