The Space:
This mountain modern home has impressive and well-appointed spaces to come together with friends and family while on the adventure of a lifetime or a much-needed getaway. This luxury home has premium appliances and is one of the very few units in Big Sky that has AC for our warming summer months. The lowest level of the house is home to a two-car garage outfitted with a gear room, boot dryers and ski racks. Inside the residence, you will find the lower level contains a substantial mudroom, laundry room, half bathroom, and a bedroom with two bunkbeds. The bunkroom includes 4 twin mattresses total, a walk-in closet, dresser, and a full en-suite bathroom. Proceed up a quick flight of stairs to the main level to find a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, another half bath, high vaulted ceilings, comfortable couches and chairs to make you feel right at home, a wet bar, large pantry, Smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace. In addition, the master bedroom with walk-in closets, a desk workspace, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and impressive en-suite bathroom is located on the main floor. To top it off, this floor gives way to two different decks. The back deck off the kitchen holds a BBQ grill and hot tub for guest use all year long. The second substantial deck can be accessed either from the master bedroom or living room and is outfitted with plenty of deck furniture, perfect for soaking up that Montana sunshine. The upper most floor has yet another living room which includes a game table, large L-shaped couch with a Smart TV, another desk workspace with a printer, and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. While both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and closets, one has an en-suite bathroom while the final bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms, allowing access for those who are using the additional living room space. The layout couldn’t be more ideal for those looking to spread out and come together in style.

In addition, the Town Center hillside location is ideal area for those looking to enjoy the incredible mountain town of Big Sky, Montana and it’s year-round outdoor activities. Located on the sunny hillside overlooking the twinkling lights of Big Sky`s town center, this property is a short walk or bike to restaurants, bars, shopping, ice skating, weekly summer concerts, farmers market, and Nordic ski trail system. In the summer, experience nearby mountain biking, fly fishing, golfing, rafting, climbing, trail running, horseback riding, ziplining, gondola tours up Lone Peak, and Yellowstone National Park tours. While visiting in the winter months, of course go ski or snowboard Big Sky Resort but we also recommend you give snow shoeing, ice skating, or Nordic skiing a try. Lastly, be sure to check out the local snowmobiling and dog sled tours for a truly Montana experience. We guarantee you won’t regret staying at this Big Sky retreat!

Getting Around:
We highly recommend that our guests rent a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months (October-May). Please be aware that shuttle services must be booked in advance, and rideshare options like Uber or Lyft are unavailable in the area.

Snowy Seclusion

My Team and I really enjoyed our time at this big and comfortable Big Sky residence! Well appointed kitchen meant a fresh, home cooked meal after a long work day. Plenty of space for the five of us! Great views and common areas allowed us to make the most of our rest and relaxation time in the mornings and evenings. Can't wait to visit again!

Overall the property and location were great! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was we had issues with a fire alarm beeping through the night and was fixed next day. Also issues with Dryer and Hot Tub. If we come back to Big Sky we would come here for sure!

Great House

The property is great tons of space close to the mountain and we really enjoyed our time there. The thing I’ll say is once you book if you need to get a hold of the management company don’t send messages through Vrbo as they will not respond.

Loved the house snd location! No cell service for AT and T customers. Had a pkg shipped snd was in communication with management company, was not told of the $45 fee to bring it to the house until the day they were going to deliver it.

Great Stay in Big Sky - Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay in Big Sky at the Luxury Mountain Modern Retreat. It was a short walk/very quick drive to town and less than 15 minutes to the Big Sky mountain. The house was beautiful and we would love to come back and stay again/would recommend to anyone going to visit Big Sky with a group of 4-5+ people.

This property was more spacious than expected. The finishes are high quality. Everything is well maintained. Communication with the property manager was excellent prior to arrival. We never needed to communicate during the stay since everything was so well maintained and all incidental items were supplies. Simply put the property and the property manager were excellent. Amazing house in Big Sky!

A group of us stayed here and absolutely loved this house. It was very clean and spacious for our group of 10. The property managers were very communicative and even let us check in early! The kitchen was well stocked with everything - crockpot, instant pot, keurig coffee, regular coffee, tons of cookware. The house is about a 12 min drive to the mountain of Big Sky. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house. Great location

The house was quite spacious and exceeded our expectations. Close to town with the shops and reastaurants and about a 20 minute drive up the mountain to the resort. Management company was always very responsive. and accomodating. Our group unanimously decided we would stay here again on our next visit to Big Sky.

New Contruction

This is a lovely place. We had a good time. The home is newly built and well-appointed. It was our first trip to big sky for a ski vacation. We rented cars at the airport, and that is mandatory if skiing. We had about a 15 min. drive to the mountain every day. Put your boots on in the parking lot and take a tram to the main area. It worked and was not that bad. However, I would prefer to stay closer to the mountain for skiing. That said, all the restaurants are in close proximity to the condo as it is in "town."
