"Paul’s place is immaculate. What a beautiful way to spend a weekend in big bear. Great views of the lake , walkable to boulder beach, and have your own dock for fishing. Which the fishing spot has a ton of activity. Easy accessible if you want to throw a kayak in or rent a boat for the weekend. Paul was a great host. Bedroom 1:

Features a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV, sitting chair, closet with hangers and beautiful views of the lake.



Bedroom 2:

Features a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV, desk with chair, closet with hangers, and beautiful views of the lake.



Bedroom 3:

This is the loft upstairs that features two queen size beds, a sofa sleeper (Not a pull out), two flat screen tv's, a full bathroom, and beautiful views of the lake.



Living Room:

Our cozy living room has beautiful lake views from every window, a comfy sofa, a huge flat screen tv, a pellet fireplace, bar top with 3 chairs, and it leads to our deck outside.



Kitchen:

Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook amazing home made meals. It features stainless steel appliances, and has a small seating area with two bar stools, and more lake views.



Coffee Station:

Features a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups. We also have a normal drip coffee machine with pot underneath the counter. Coffee is included.



Dining Room:

Small dining table which seats 4 people with beautiful lake views.



Game Room:

Pinball arcade machine, oversized Jenga, oversized Connect 4, sofa with photo wall, bar top with 3 barstools & amazing lake views, Mini fridge, and large flat screen TV.



Guest Access:

The entire cabin is available for use.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a very quiet cul de sac.



Getting Around:

Two available parking spaces all the way at the top of the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Must sign Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy prior to check-in.



We only allow hypoallergenic dogs in our cabin. There is a $300 fee which will include two dogs. YOU MUST INQUIRE prior to booking to confirm we will allow your dogs to stay on site. Thanks



Dogs cannot be left in the home alone. They must be taken with you whenever you leave the property. Thank you.



MAXIMUM of 5 guests on the property at any given time. MAXIMUM of two cars in the driveway. If you do not follow these rules, you can be evicted.
