☀ You're able to access all areas of the house with the exception of a few closet spaces that are locked with owner's belongings, cleaning supplies etc. However, there is ample space for you to store your personal belongings during your stay.

☀ Other Things to note:
As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
